To say I can be difficult and sometimes frustrating would be an understatement. Therefore, understand my review is not an exercise in tokenism or simply being overly generous in my words. I rate Peter really highly because he did what no agent has been able to do before, he got the property sold. It's been on the market about three times prior to this. Peter is good at calming the situation, he doesn't run away from the hard conversation, he mans up. Peter always communicated with me, weekends included. He got me the price I needed, that gets the first star. I've dealt with Harcourts for years now, they have looked after the rental on my behalf. They are not perfect but no one is, but they are my agents. Thank you Peter, a deserved five stars.
I never knew Peter before deciding to sell my house. Once I made the decision to sell and selected Peter through "rate My Agent" it instantly became apparent that I had made the absolute right choice. Peter clearly knows the market, knows people and knows the industry. He jumped straight into action and was on the case almost immediately, I was surprise how quickly he acted to be honest. Peter is not your typical real estate agent, he has empathy for his clients and extremely patient and helpful. More like a caring big brother in reality.
