From the very first phone call Peter was understanding of the situation and our needs. We cannot speak highly enough of Peter - his friendly down to earth manner, and he explained things clearly and professionally. In challenging circumstances, Peter was very efficient, keeping on top of each step of the process and kept in regular contact with updates so we knew exactly what was happening and that we understood what to expect.
