We first came in contact with Peter and his team at Raine & Horne Dee Why in Feb 16 whereby we were putting together a group of 4 houses up as an EOI. We quickly found that Peter had excellent contacts with the right developers and a very good knowledge base of the market to guide us through the decision making process. Our final decision was to sell the property by Auction which proved to be the correct decision. All the way along the sale process, Peter and his team kept us informed of the relevant issues and provided us with detailed relevant inspection reports to assist us in our decision making process. Pete's worked hard to get to where he is today and he's become very successful ... and deservedly so. I guess it's a mix of hard work and the fact he's just plain, bloody good at what he does - he genuinely loves his job and it's infectious. He's rallied an incredible support team around him too - Sam's an absolute pleasure and I would trust him again with the my house, toddler and dog again in a heartbeat (yep - full service here - didn't even have to ask!). The marketing team were faultless and and their expertise was clearly evident. But at the end of the day it's all about Pete. I trusted him and he trusted me.
