we were very pleased with the commitment shown by both Peter and Cheryl. We were however very dissaponted with John Hoskins on our purchase as he specifically advised both of us and our daughter at the open viewing that a free standing kitchen unit was included in the sale. He then went back on this and we ended up paying $800 for this item. He also did not ensure that the "studio/ workshop" described in the particulars had the benches necessary for a studio or workshop did not remain. Without some form of bench a workshop becomes a SHED!

Any individual or couple wishing to sell there property (land or home) would be beneficial in engaging Peter Moulden to work on their behalf as a professional real estate agent to gain the the best possible outcome for the client!
