The agent expressly went against our written wishes to NOT include private price information on-line or in advertising. After our instructions to NOT include our property in advertising ... especially not the private sale price ... the agent printed self promotional postcards and letterbox dropped them with our property (breach 1) and also the sale price (breach 2). This part of the experience was representative of our overall experience.

Peter stood out from other agents because of his market knowledge, track record and personable nature. He quickly put together some amazing marketing material and was able to secure public relations in the Manly Daily and Real Estate.com.au culminating with our house being featured on the front page of the Daily Telegraph. However it was his ability to attract a significant amount of interest and inspections together with securing multiple offers prior to auction that impressed us most.
