Peter helped put the deal together so I got the property for a good price and helped negotiating the contract with things that needed doing to the property before settlement. He was easily contactable throughout the experience and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was able to move in on the day settlement was supposed to be- this was after the settlement didn’t officially happen due to the sellers not having relevant banking procedures fulfilled. Also both settlement agents proved a bit trying to work with as they were not communicating very well with each other or Peter so he did quite a hard job very well.

We were given Peter as our agent after our previous agent let us down . With very short time frame / Lead up time , Peter got our house photographed , online & on the market literally within a few days of being assigned to us. From there on in Peter went above and beyond to ensure we got the Best Price for our Property, Our Property sold within roughly 2 & 1/2 wks . Peter was always available by phone , in person , always got back to us promptly with any concerns or guidance needed . Was Super malleable with our needs & with both myself & my Partner being Fifo & with myself being away some of the time , Really could not of been more helpful through not only the whole process of finding a buyer and securing the sale but also Peter went beyond expectations in looking after us and guiding us right through the settlement process. Peter is a Gentleman & I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
