As a first time home buyer/seller I wasn’t quite sure what I was supposed to expect from either agent. Comparison between the two has left me quite underwhelmed with Peters efforts and I believe that as our buying agent that our expectations were not met. Many times though out the process we experienced long wait times for responses, having to ask for information multiple times and a lack of communication in regards to what the next stage of the process was which left us feeling lost to the point where I had to mimic what our selling agent was doing with the sale of my property. As for key handover I know for a fact that my selling agent was there to welcome the new owners with a gift hamper and to safely exchange keys; all I received was a text saying “ all clear and that keys were in the meterbox” I know that sounds insignificant but if you’re after 5 stars you have give 5 stars
