The sale price was the quickest part to get over the line as the purchaser changed jobs during the settlement period and this then delayed the finance. Throughout Peter kept on top of the purchasers finance arrangement and kept us up to date on a regular basis. Good guy to deal with, and knows his stuff.

From the start Peter was always extremely responsive and helpful even more so as part of the process overlapped with Perth lockdown. This was a tough sell for Peter as the tenants were unhelpful, untidy and the house was a mess. Peter manfully stuck to the task, and achieved a fair result in good time.
Peter was personable and always there for advice. He never did the hard sell from the out start which was the reason I chose him. I saw a few pushy real estate agents that tell you what you want to hear and not what is realistic, He sold our house very quickly during a particularly difficult time with COVID lockdowns , for above asking price and was even there once the house was sold, with advice and a friendly ear when trying to find a rental in the current impossible climate.
