Putting the family home of 50 years on the market my wife and I thought the experience would be very scary. We met Peter and Danielle from the recommendation of a family friend. When we decided to commence a potential sales process we invited 4 real estate agencies to make presentations. We then went through a full comparison check across a number of categories. Going through an emotional process and selling a family home at the same time is a lot to go handle especially when there are so many factors to consider. As a real estate agent myself, I found that interviewing agents was an overwhelming process especially when discussing works that needed to be done and the campaign timeline. When Peter came to appraise the property I immediately felt at ease and he made me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
