He was confident that he could get the price that I needed. 1/8/22 Text/calls from Peter …. Possible SALE of house. Mentioned Purchasing Solicitor’s details. Friday 19/8/22 Possible SOLD, Exchange 5pm. 5.37pm Peter texted ‘ Congratulations all done’. He was able to sell it at the Realistic price that was right for me, so that I can move on.
