From the beginning of the sale process I found Peter to be communicative and upfront about all aspects. He gave a realistic expectation of the price which could be obtained, produced a detailed marketing submission with all fees included, advertised widely, found potential buyers and showed the property to full advantage. Once the price had been agreed upon with a buyer the road to exchange of contracts was long and protracted due mainly to the buyer's bank and/or broker and their lack of communication.
