Peter sold our property at asking price within 3 weeks of putting it on the market!, as an ex Real Estate sales consultant, I tested every consultant in the area by asking them to look at their properties on the internet and Peter was the only one that contacted me within in 24 hours so I knew he was the one to get to sell my own property, not only was I a seller but I was a buyer as well and he went above and beyond to sell us a property, his communication skills are spot on, with at least 2 phone calls or texts a day, his client base is enormous and he has the ability to match people with properties perfectly and that is because he listens to what you want. They are down to earth and genuine in making sure everything we raised was considered and passed on to seller, as quick as possible, so we could streamline the purchase of this property, to meet our tight schedule. They didn't have "flash" marketing like some real estate do, but what we got was real, as is, with all information necessary and photos, in the advertising, and phone call conversations as needed. We appreciated the "no frills" approach, being assured there were no tricked up photos, or questionable information. They were open and honest with us. Since the purchase of the property, there has been follow up with us, and an interest expressed to help us further with any real estate query's or questions. Peter Reitano was a pleasant, non pushy Agent who let the property sell itself. This l believe is due to his extremely comprehensive video walkthrough footage of the properties listed with the Family business which are easily viewable on Felix Reitano's YouTube channel. Being an out of town buyer, Peter kept me in the loop as the sale progressed.
