Peter carried out his job with enthusiastic professionalism. He's very personable & credible & actually lives in palm beach so presumably knows the area well. I think more knowledge/data about the target market for my street i.e. over 55's owners, not weekenders, nor families with teenagers would help with targeting advertising campaign, i.e. photos, blurbs etc. I thought I would get a little higher price than I received, given that my property isn't up in the boon docks, has development access to rear and a possible 'air bnb' downstairs. (According to date, there seems to be a current trend among seniors to get into this rental market) However, if anyone was looking for an event to sell heir property in Palm beach, I would recommend Peter.

I found Peter to have soft low key sales approach. At the same time he is very knowledgeable of his market and is a strong negotiator on behalf of his client.
