I never felt a conflict of interest at any point with your handling of issues between the Seller or us the Buyer, and feel you had been honest with us at every point. I was impressed at how quickly everything came together. Your attention to detail with things you took care of with the property was exceptional (don't know if the Seller was aware of this), you respected it as if was your own property.
