We met Peter when he showed us another property but as fate would have it he had just put up a For Sale sign on the property we ended up buying so was able to show us that house the same day We made an offer that he presented to the vendors which was accepted and he sought us out within an hour or so of our inspection with the good news We had decided that if we did not find our new home that weekend we would put the whole thing on hold as we were travelling a fair distance to look on Bribie We drove back to our rental property that night still not quite believing our good fortune so thank you to Peter for that timely sign and the immediate action he took after our inspection to help us secure the property
