Petes market knowledge was immense and greatly help make my big decision on buying a new house. He made it personal for us and his son Oscar was very nice. I love his professionalism and he was greatly appreciative of use and our needs. We communicated our needs to him and he understood them perfectly. I've seen the bad review on his site and I can garantee it is not true .

We had the unfortunate experience of buying through Pete. He was everything you wouldn’t want in an agent- untrustworthy, pushy and disingenuous. There is a reason no one has rated him. Beware !
