From information on how to present the unit at the first meeting and keeping us informed through Property Reports and Property Campaign Reports we knew exactly how many people had visited open house days. The followup with people was fantastic and their comments were very helpful. At any time we could see exactly what was taking place. Meeting before the auction was informative and Peter told us what to expect on the day, and how he would conduct the auction.
