Peter has expertly guide us in achieving a very successful sale result for our investment property. He is very approachable and a very good negotiator.

Peter from the beginning was typically very enthusiastic we would sell and for a good price. The marketing was professional, however I believe the buyers guide was set too low. Communication with me was not the best, and on one open inspection Peter bought his children along. As the process proceeded it appeared he became more focussed with getting a sale versus getting a sale the vendor was happy with. Once a sale was signed, as in the contract, that was the last communication we received from Peter. That very night I requested the price be undisclosed, as in 3 messages sent to him with no response. The next morning the price was plastered all over realestate.com and domain, after that I heard nothing from Peter until settlement when a generic congratulatory email appeared. Would I recommend him, absolutely not! However the rest of the team at Harcourts were very good to deal with, thankfully as Peter basically ignored us once the ink hit the paper. In a cut throat industry Peter may win you over with the sales talk (he certainly did us) however in my opinion he over promised and under delivered.

From the initial point of contact Peter actively engaged with me as a potential seller. I determined quickly from our conversations that Peter has a very good understanding of the market where my Unit is located, and that he had the experience and client base to successfully sell my Unit.
