Best house sale experience ever!

I sold my house with Shiels & Co and it was the best experience imaginable. The house was under offer and subsequently sold very well in what must be a record time of one day after listing! My experience with Peter has been nothing but fantastic. He is professional, punctual and respectful, offered insight and advice and was always just a quick call away. Peter clearly understands the market and the area very well, as is evidenced by the many successful sales I could see - something that influenced my decision to engage him in the first place. Similarly, my experience with the agency was great, from the listing process and organising the one house inspection I actually had, to general advice and the mechanics of the sale. Natalie and Ruby were very helpful and it was always easy to know exactly where I was in the process, what was needed etc. With Shiels, I always felt that things were in hand and everything was transparent - the way it should be.
