Did not have an appreciation of property values in McKinnon in my opinion and didn't seem to have much of a data base to drum up interest. From the start he downplayed my expectations and it was only by sticking to my guns that I achieved what I consider to be a barely satisfactory price. What I have learnt from the experience, always deal with local specialists.
