My experience with Walshe and Whitelock has been good. I have used them to both buy and sell and have been happy with the outcomes. I also used them to rent the property for me. What I like about this Company is they are a family and it's a family business. I believe they provide realistic estimates of potential selling price, unlike many Agents who promise the world and exaggerated prices that never happen in reality, leaving the vendor disappointed. When I sold my property with them they suggested that we give the Tenant two weeks free rent as a compensation for putting up with the buying process and I thought this demonstrated a sensitivity and concern for the tenant which I was impressed with. I would happily use them again.

Peter was always available to take my phone and we had a full transparency relationship between potential buyers and myself.
