We live in NSW and wanted to sell our Brisbane rental property. That sounded simple enough, however, a multitude of issues arose, some minor, some not, and all of them difficult to manage from 4 hours drive away. Peter provided the local knowledge, and recommendations from the rental department at the agency which helped us to find a cleaner and a gardener. We needed tradies to make repairs. Peter arranged for them to have access to the property, then sent me photos so I could check the standard of their work prior to making payment. Peter took on a number of tasks which saved me money and time, like re-fitting smoke detectors removed by a tenant and putting out the rubbish bins. When we first purchased our home he was really helpful in finding the right place for us, not too pushy, he gave us a lot of confidence that he knew what he was talking about.
