He leaves time to assist in more ways than expected - probably because he takes on a limited number of clients at a time and was in attendance for the photographs and alarm upgrading and document uploading and computer assistance which is excellent for my digital deficit. He knew my area very well and is a strategist. I got more for my house than originally advertised.

It was a bit of a journey to sell our house but Peter was there the whole way. He was our sole agent and he continuously went over and above during the process, popping over to get the bird poo off the balcony before an open home or offering to mow the lawn as the house was vacant and we didn’t live in the area. Cleaning things that the tenants neglected to clean when they left so that we didn’t have to travel down. Nothing was too much trouble for Peter. His communication was excellent with daily phone calls and updates. We didn’t quite make the price that we wanted, but we don’t believe that was due to Peter’s performance. Our house needed a renovation and no one wanted a renovator. Peter is very personable and easy to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in the Brisbane area.
