A rising tide lifts all boats but when prices are declining, you see who good quality, ethical partners are. Before deciding on agencies who may only tell you what you want to hear - check their references and online market reviews. Do your due diligence on which real estate agents have the most market complaints and who have v.good feedback, one of whom is Peter. Peter was polite, honest and a hard worker who personally focussed on the details during the prep and sale of my home. Prior to that, he did not push me to sell my home before I was ready, but rather provided forthright information and advice (not the case with others focussed only on their own interests). Highly recommend and would deal with again. I have put in the price expectations section that it was about what I expected, but caveat that with I also think it was a very good result at this time given rising interest rates and market uncertainty.
