Peter marketed the unit proficiently via online placements plus hardcopy brochure, photos, signage. etc. He engaged with a number of prospective buyers and provided helpful advice to us on how to respond to offers received. He maintained regular contact with us even through times when no buyers were on the horizon. He managed to secure a sale at a price acceptable to us in a generally sluggish market. He was always positive, enthusiastic and professional in all his dealings with us and connected parties (e.g, onsite manager of unit complex).
