Peter marketed the unit proficiently via online placements plus hardcopy brochure, photos, signage. etc. He engaged with a number of prospective buyers and provided helpful advice to us on how to respond to offers received. He maintained regular contact with us even through times when no buyers were on the horizon. He managed to secure a sale at a price acceptable to us in a generally sluggish market. He was always positive, enthusiastic and professional in all his dealings with us and connected parties (e.g, onsite manager of unit complex). We would certainly appoint Peter again for any real estate activities and highly recommend him to anyone seeking an energetic, motivated and effective property specialist.
Had a lovely experience buying our property through Peter; he was very helpful with providing all the information we needed to make our decision and bent over backwards to secure the sale.
