Peter Taylor is a local bloke who has his finger on the pulse of the local housing market. He sold our rental property for top of the market price. The property wasn’t in pristine condition and he advised us to fix specific things that needed fixing to help the sale to go through and leave the things that wouldn’t value add. He was helpful, positive and realistic, with a commonsense approach. He even got in and helped us with some touch up painting in the final few days before settlement and arranged a handyman for us. I couldn’t be happier with Peter and his staff. He was highly motivated and got the job done.
