Peter whilst remaining in a professional manner he was easy to talk to and had the knoledge I required from him about the property, it's location , it's history and information about the suburb and other town houses within the compelx. Much to my expectations like other agents I had seen the previous few days he was slightly taken aback by my age and my mindset of buying my first house so young, unlike other agents he treated me (to the best of my knoledge) like any other adult, unlike other agents who seemed to look down on me.
