Has always seen Peter Thomas (PT) pictures everywhere when driving around our suburbs. Was thinking he just be very good at selling houses and will definitely contact him when it my turn. And finally I need to sell my rental place and no double my first phone call is to PT. Very quick response and we met and chat . And agreed what I want etc. and PT just got on the job immediately! organize photos etc. throughout the process , as I am the first timer to sell a property. Very appreciated that PT would just advise what I need to know. Also he would update after each home open and provide me a report to show how many ppl are interested etc. few weeks later.. sold. What I liked about Peter is that he was reliably there week after week with Home Opens about the same time each Saturday. Not all agents do them at advertised times. Also he was always approachable and communicating with me about how many people had viewed the property, and if the price should be lowered. I took his advice and with a price that better suited the market, the property sold.
