My experience with Peter was more than i can wish for. His communication and negotiation skill is on high level. I really appreciate his patient with selling my property and respect Peter showed to tenant who is renting our apartment. We loved Peter To’s ability and his get go from the start. The real estate agent initially assigned 2 separate agents who were unable to find us any serious buyers, but Peter was a seasoned agent and knew the area, had many customers and knew of many more and was able to find us a buyer in a matter of days. Peter also went completely out of his way and even after work he was still working and would message me in the evening to ensure that we were were kept up to date, he provided us with information and suggestions to make our home more attractive to buyers, he had ideas for our homes internet presence which he immediately made changes to the wording and photos. Peter truly works hard for his clients either buying or selling. We were both extremely happy with the sale of the property. Peter's communication and negotiation skills are top-notch.Everything was straightforward and well explained without any last minute "surprises". The sale was quick and was handled quickly with no time wasted, he also put a lot of his personal time into research and preparation for the sale of this house. We liked his no nonsense attitude and not wasting our time. If need be we will do business with Peter To again in the future and highly commend him on his professionalism, attitude, his attire and his knowledge in real estate. 5 stars from us!

Peter is an amazing real estate agent who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to tell us what was around the property, how the neighbourhood was, nearest malls, public transport and lots more. Peter was incredibly honest and open about everything. Although our initial asking price was well below the expected sell price of the property, he told us he would try his best to ask the vendor. He met with us at the bank to write up our check, and then when we handed over the cheque asked us if we would like to increase our asking price as the vendor was hoping to sell for more. To which we agreed. Peter than spoke with the vendor over the weekend, and late Sunday night, contacted us with the good news.
