PRD Nundah acted on my behalf for my investment property for 10 years. The service for 'daily' requirements - collecting rent, paying bills etc - was always conducted in a friendly, professional and timely manner. All tenants during that time were properly vetted and when it came to selling, all parties viewing commented on how good a condition the unit was in. Over the years Peter and I spoke a number of times about the benefits or otherwise of selling at that particular time. Due to outside factors I had to sell recently and, although not the best of market conditions for doing so, Peter was still able to negotiate an increased settlement price from the original offer. I also found Peter to be very knowledgeable and realistic. While some vendors might be disappointed with the current state of the market, I would urge you to give his recommendations serious consideration.
