We asked Peter and another agent to evaluate our home for sale. It seemed to us that Peter was realistic and knew the facts of our village. Peter discussed a price range with us which was right up in the higher prices in our area. Once we contracted Peter to sell our home he made himself available for help and advice to prepare it. Peter went way beyond our expectations to assist in the process whilst we were overseas. When we returned we took a few days to prepare for our first and only open house. Peter spoke to four couples on the day and followed up over the next two days achieving an offer through negotiation at the top end of our expectations. We are now happily awaiting settlement after an excellent experience with Peter and his company.

Market knowledge: not applicable as my partner and I contacted Ray White to express our interest in buying the mentioned land only and there was not much discussion over the price. Communication: our interaction was quite minimal. My partner would include my email address in our replies but I never received an email from him. This is not a problem but maybe an improvement area to reply all. Professionalism: Not sure who was the source of this issue but once we made an offer, we were told that the contract we had received wasn't updated with a clause the owners wanted in it. It ended up being a clause they would not budge at all, which is ok, but the fact that it was not the contract we received made us have to re-evaluate our offer and our stand on wanting the land or not. In general, I am happy with the service he provided but these are points that I would recommend Peter and Ray White to be more careful about.
