Peter achieved a good price on the sale of our unit in Hillside especially given the state of the market. He worked quickly and efficiently and has a good "can do" approach even when faced with obstacles. We are very pleased with his service and would recommend him to other vendors in the area.
The whole marketing campaign for the sale of my property when to plan and was very professional thanks Peter and the Ray White Taylors Lakes team
I was very happy with the entire campaign. I had constant feed back and weekly reports on all inspections. Prior to the sale we discussed what would be required to best present the home and if we needed to do anything further. The Auction day had good interest and multiple bids which enabled us to achieve a great result. Everything happened smoothly and stress free!! I would recommend Peter and his team to anyone and I will also do more business with him in the future.
Two words- Absolutely delighted!! Thank you very much to Peter and the extended team from Ray White. Your strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the high quality service is well noted. Peters Travlos is a highly driven, highly motivated, experienced agent. This is demonstrated by his efforts to produce high interest and high numbers on auction day. The sale price also exceeding my expectations. I will definitely recommend others to use Ray White - Taylors Lakes. You won't be disappointed!
He is a competent auctioneer who did all he could to push the price up and up for us. Extremely happy with him. Experienced bad auctioneer for my another property So I can confidently tell you, HE IS GOOD.
AFTER OUR BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A WELL KNOWN AGENT IN THE AREA , WHO HAD OUR PROPERTY WITH NO SALE, NO PROSPECTS. FOR THREE MONTHS. PETER WHO GAVE US GREAT INSIGHT AND UP FRONT APROACH. , BRILLIANT MARKETING AND FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ZERINA WHO KEPT US INFORMED ALL THE TIME. PETER AND ZERINA WERE ABLE TO SELL THE PROPERTY WITHIN 3 WEEKS. EXCELLENT RESULT, WE HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING PETER AND HIS TEAM TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY.
Dear Peter, On behalf of my family , we wish to extend our thanks to you and Melisa along with your staff at Ray White . You took us on an extraordinary journey which was an experience in itself. Your campaign was well thought through and structured. Your excellent presentation ,consultation and advice well received. You were honest, and professional in the way you guided us through the process. You delivered and went beyond our expectations which is evident in the end result achieved on the day. You kept in touch with us about the market and how this extra research helped us gain more knowledge and realization of what the market was doing. You presented and marketed our property well with high numbers of visitors coming through the property. This of course made our chances of a better return more possible. We appreciated the return feedback from visitors on open days and the honesty given in return and how this helped us get a clearer understanding about how people were thinking. We have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and family and would be pleased to see and hear of others experience the same journey we successfully completed and returned from. Yours sincerely Joseph Panzera
Peter was very professional and provided us with good advice and guidance throughout the sales process. His knowledge of the local market and excellent negotiating skills helped us get the optimum price for the property.:
The reason why we choose Peter to sell our most precious asset was his honest and professional approach and his overall skill in the industry. Therefore,if ever the occasion should rise that we would be in need of a real estate agent in such a case we would have no hesitation in seeking his services.
