Given I now live 4 hours from my previous property Peter made the process smooth and easy. He communicated to me every step of the way and was happy taking time to discuss what was happening when I couldn't be at the property. Intially I asked for a "ball park" selling time estimate given properties can often linger on the market. I must say he far exceeded the time he gave which I wholly put down to his diligence to find a buyer.
