Spot on. Peter and his team always responded in a positive and extremely timely manner. His mantra for us was you only get one chance at this too get it right and do it properly. AND HE DID ! He listened to our concerns and always had a valid answer. We were unsure about the stylist, it was not to our taste. Peters calm nature was understanding but he politely pointed out “well that doesn’t matter because I’m the one who has to sell it.” 🤣. And he was right. The unit looked magnificent!

Peter and his team were excellent. I moved out of my flat to a regional area and he took care of everything for me. He organised the styling and cleaning and held onto the keys and other things to give to the new owner. They also provided photos of the cleaning and styling so i felt comfortable paying the invoices. They also checked in on the flat when i had a concern about electricity usage. During negotiations Peter was super prompt and always kept me updated via phone (my preferred method). Using a WhatsApp chat meant that messages were conveyed and responded to quickly. My flat was sold within a week at my desired price. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
