My husband and I live interstate, and during these uncertain times we were very stressed about selling our unit in Ashfield. From our very first conversation over the phone, I felt a strong sense of security and I knew that this man was our agent! Peter reassured us by demonstrating his passion for his work and his determination to secure the best outcome for our sale. After hearing our complex story, Peter said “we feel like family”, and he certainly went above and beyond what we expected from an agent, delivering a service second-to-none. Given the low rate Peter charged we could not believe that his service was so wonderful. Peter is an excellent communicator and was understanding of our particular limitations with children at home, allowing us to contact him at any time of day, via any medium that suited us best. He guided us through the process every step of the way, and ensured we understood what was happening at every turn. We felt very clued-in on the progress of the sale campaign despite the fact we were out-of-state. Peter is proactive and diligent, with a nuanced understanding of the market.
