Great result from a great agent

Peter has done an excellent job delivering an auction result well above my expectations. I impressed with Peter's deep understanding of buyer behaviour. Peter took a structured approach to creating a strong level of buyer interest and attachment to the property, raising market perceptions as to the value of my property and delivering an auction result in excess of my own estimations. Throughout the marketing campaign, Peter was able to steadily drive buyer interest and at auction delivered a sizable and very competitive bidder pool, unprecedented at previous auctions in my complex. Separately, Peter was open and collaborative in working with me and receptive to my input and priorities as a vendor. I place high value in agent professionalism, honesty as well as inclusiveness in key decision making. Peter demonstrated this in spades. Having dealt with other higher end real estate agents in the area I can empirically say I do not feel I would have received the result I did without Peter and his team.
