Peter has again delivered another successful marketing campaign for me. From the initial site meeting with Peter it was clear that he was client focused and respected and implemented the client's requirements from inception, throughout the marketing campaign, during auction day and after the fall of the anvil. The property was sold within the range of value that I thought was realist in the current real estate market and close to the value that Peter thought the house could achieve. This demonstrates Peter's honest and realistic approach to his clients, and this is paramount to my believe in achieving a good outcome for all parties in the real estate industry. Peter always kept me up to date with the open house attendance reports and feedback from both genuine prospective buyers and others. This provided a level of certainty that only genuine bidders would attend on the day of the auction. The auction process was outstanding with only the genuine bidders hotly contesting for ownership with quality incremental bids till the fall of the anvil.
