I was following the Altona property market for several months before I made the purchase and noticed that for most properties final sale price was no where close to the initial prices quoted by the agents. I think most agents underquote the properties that goes on auction to attract more people into the auction and overquotes the properties that are listed as private sales with the hope of selling the property at a higher price to a hasty buyer. I observed Peter's sales over several months and in contrast to many of the other agents in the area, I found that the quotes he provided were very close to final market prices. Therefore, when it came to buying my property I was able to make an offer with confident knowing that the price he is asking for is reasonable. In addition, I found Peter to be very friendly, willing to meet up even after hours to show the property, and professional. I definitely recommend him!
