Peter was exceptional. He allowed us to view the property multiple times and answered all a questions we had. He understood the market and understood what we were looking for in the market. Right up to settlement he responded quickly and clearly. Thanks Peter for taking us through the process.
Peter's knowledge of the suburb and professionalism was second to none. Extremely quick sale at the right price.
Throughout the process, Peter was exceptional. He was honest and clear from the start. He gave me good advice and offered to help me wherever he could. I highly recommend Peter.
Peter was knowledgable about the area and got our property sold with a minimum of fuss
Always available and happy to answer any questions. We had a really good experience dealing with Peter and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the near future.
I found Peter to be very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The communication from Peter throughout buying a property was very good. I felt I was kept really well informed during negotiations and throughout the whole settlement process which took some pressure of during a stressful time.
Peter conducted the sale of my property with the upmost professionalism and was a pleasure to deal with. Kept me informed on a regular basis when the property was open for viewing and supplied me with positive feedback. The final negotiation with the buyer made the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend Peter for selling any of your properties regardless of where they are located.
Peter was excellent to work with as a first home buyer; professional yet friendly at all times. He handled a vacating tenant and longer settlement period smoothly as I needed vacant possession. Thank you :)
Peter was very professional and friendly. Everything was thought of, communicated to us and when a few little hiccups arose (not of his doing), they were actioned in a timely and appropriate way. A very smooth process in the end and he had an open and honest approach showing Peter’s integrity. Thank you
We couldn't be happier. From the moment we signed with Peter and Avenue One it was a breeze. Less than one week of being on the market we had a signed contract at a price we were happy with. Peter and his team kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process and ensured there were no obstacles for us to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to use Peter again - he is a consummate professional.
The process of purchasing a property was very smooth and relatively pain free thanks to Peter's professionalism. He was highly communicative and very accommodating throughout. Thanks Peter.
Peter’s knowledge of the market and area of selling my house was spot on and his advice in order to sell the house was professional and not pushy at all.
