Peter's knowledge of the area is great! He made selling so easy for us and dealt with any obstacle with confidence and ease, kept us up to date at every step and was extremely responsive with communication. Peter is easy to liaise with and made us feel at ease during a stressful time. We'd definitely use Peter again if we were to buy or sell in the area again!
Peter had extensive knowledge of the locality and sales performances and offered excellent guidance in setting an achievable target price for which an acceptable offer was obtained in less than 14 days. We are ver satisfied vendors.
He is very easy to work with, very informative and communicates well to keep us undated daily with what was happening. Very happy to stand as referee for Peter .
Had issues with the purchasing process, and Peter went to great lengths to make it as smooth as possible. Would recommend him as a competent agent.
Peter was very professional and honest. He was always available to take calls, answer questions and help in anyway he can. Even going as far as being prepared for inspections with a tape measure, GPO testing plug, etc. in case you had not brought your own. Although there were some hold ups with settlement on my end, Peter was able to discuss with the seller and quickly solve these problems to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks Peter, it was a pleasure working with you.
Peter knew the market, knew the area and exactly the price to put it on for. He made the process very easy and I would have no problems recommending him to everyone. From the first meeting to the constant communication and finally the sale he was a total professional that couldn't be more helpful.
From the first day we met Peter. W our nerves were put at ease & knew that he could sell our house with his confidence, honesty, and energy. The whole experience was better than we had ever hoped it could be, Peter was so confident and experienced with his abilities. Peter was incredibly reliable, trustworthy and respectful throughout the process. Always responsive and helpful regardless of the questions we had. We could not recommend Peter enough and would not hesitate to have him do it again. Thank you!
Peter is professional, a great communicator and very experienced. We have used Peter for over 12 years now. And we like the fact that he communicates well with the buyers of our properties as much as he does with us. He has very good interpersonal skills and always in touch.
