Peter was a dream to work with, he handled all the logistics for the sale of our property that made the whole process stress free and efficient for us. We could not fault his efforts at all, especially when our property sold well above the expected price. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter and Avenue One to anyone else looking to sell.
I had an amazing experience with Peter. He was easy to work with and helped me buy my house without any hassle. Peter answered my questions and made the process straightforward. I appreciate his help and would recommend him to others.
Peter has made the whole process of selling my home an absolute dream!! He has fantastic people skills, great knowledge of the market and was so approachable and reliable over the past month!!! I could not believe how easy it was! Thanks so much Peter!
Peter always has a very professional attitude and is easy to deal with and great at communicating and staying in touch. His advice on the market and trends is invaluable.
Buying my first home has been a nerve wracking process but right from the get go, Peter has been a dream to work with! Friendly and approachable, never was he pushy or made me feel uneasy. He has been incredibly helpful and incredibly efficient too, whenever I asked him of anything. Really cannot fault him in the slightest! I would be more than happy to work with him again and very much recommend him to others. Thank you so much Peter, I couldn’t be more grateful. 🙂
Peter was helpful and friendly throughout. I was particularly impressed with his follow up after the purchase and again after settlement. Even though the deal had gone through he still took the time to reach out and make sure my move had gone well and check if he could assist me with anything further. I also thought the housewarming gift box was a lovely touch.
Peter has sold two properties for us. For both, he was well organised, efficient and practical. Importantly, we didn’t feel pressure from Peter, unlike some other agents. Would recommend Peter. Thankyou Peter!
Peter and his team have managed our rental properties for over a decade and we have also used Peter for two sales. We would trust no one else for such an important process and Peter ensured the process was easy for us snd achieved the best price. We would highly recommend Peter. And a really lovely and honest individual to boot.
Peter is professional, has excellent communication and attention to detail. He is a pleasure to deal with and I know he works hard to meet the needs of everyone involved in a sale. I highly recommend him.
Peter is very expert and his communication through whole process is great and he is very professional and humble
