We recently bought a property which was advertised by Peter. Right from the very beginning, through to settlement a couple of days ago, he has been great! He wasn't pushy with the price, although we were aware he is primarily working for the seller, the negotiation was fair and respectful. He has been honest, has had timely communication and was helpful with every aspect of our purchase. He was especially helpful during our pre-purchase inspection, really making sure we had checked everything together and going above and beyond. We would definitely recommend using him in the future.
