From the first chat, Peter was super friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. He took the time to understand what we wanted and gave excellent, practical advice on how to present the property to make it stand out (those little tips on staging and curb appeal definitely made a difference). He kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to reply, and handled everything professionally without any pressure.
