I consider Peter to be a realestate advisor rather than an agent that just turns when you want to sell. Over the past 7 years I have purchased twice and sold twice with Peter and will do so again in the future. Highly recommended as a realest expert in Mount Pleasant and surrounding suburbs.

From forgetting the keys at the home open to his assistant repeatedly calling me by a different name it was a disappointing customer service experience when buying a house. We I went to collect the keys it was just left at reception with not even a congratulations from the receptionist just handed it over and on our way. Over an hour later Peter was calling and emailing asking when we would pick the keys up clearly not wanting to hang around so another poor display of communication.
Peter was keen to understand our reasons for selling and what our timeline was. He showed us up to date data and his recommendation of what he believed the right price could be for our home. He understood our connection/love we had with the home after 15 years, and our home wasn't just a sale, it was a chance for us to start something new. He advised what we should do to improve our chances of selling, like decluttering etc. He was respectful of when to show people through as to not disrupt us too much, but the house was campaigned correctly, so it only took one weekend to sell. We would recommend Peter if you want to sell your home.
