From forgetting the keys at the home open to his assistant repeatedly calling me by a different name it was a disappointing customer service experience when buying a house. We I went to collect the keys it was just left at reception with not even a congratulations from the receptionist just handed it over and on our way. Over an hour later Peter was calling and emailing asking when we would pick the keys up clearly not wanting to hang around so another poor display of communication.
