Facilitator? Well, that is how it seemed to be; we were all on the same track with the same end-goal. Everything was so smooth, no hiccups, no nasty-surprises; a completely seamless event. I would not have any hesitation whatsoever in recommending Petra to sell any other house; she knows the market, she guided me when I needed guidance; Petra let me drive, it was incredible. We achieved our target-price within 5%. I could not ask for any more (except another 5%) but with the market about to come out of hibernation, we struck pay-dirt while the irons were still hot.

Petra was very well presented on initial inspection of the house. She was very informative about the house and welcoming as a person. As a first home buyer a sale guide was provided of recent sales around the area, and therefore was able to make a decision on what price to offer for the house. Throughout the sales process Petra was very supportive, as being my first home I wasn't 100 percent sure about the process. She supported me through every step of the process and provided me with a broker, conveyancer, and other ideas.
