Petra was the Agent whom originally sold the house to me. Over the last 4 years Petra has kept in touch and dropped in whilst it was undergoing renovations when I was getting it ready, initially, to make it liveable to rent out. Once the second lot of tenants moved out the house then the house under went major renovations. Petra once again contacted showing an interest on the work being undertaken.
