I had to sell my dads house due to family reasons, I was assigned Petra as my property agent. She came out gave me an assessment of the value of the property, we put it on the market and with three months I was signing settlement documents. Petra, always kept me up to date with house opens, market trends in the area and was always available to return my calls or answer when I called her. as I don't live in South Australia all of the above made my job that much easier and I would highly recommend her to any future clients.
