Absolutely I would recommend Petra without any hesitation.

Petra was the Agent whom originally sold the house to me. Over the last 4 years Petra has kept in touch and dropped in whilst it was undergoing renovations when I was getting it ready, initially, to make it liveable to rent out. Once the second lot of tenants moved out the house then the house under went major renovations. Petra once again contacted showing an interest on the work being undertaken. I am surrounded by really good Agents but I believe Petra had gone the extra mile and already knew it’s history, what it looked like before and could appreciate what it looks like now. I also believe their isn’t anyone who knows Taperoo as well as Petra. Her happy and friendly disposition to all that meet her is also bonus. She makes people smile and feel comfortable right away. The house had it’s first Open on a Saturday, with a total of 7 people, 4 of those people were friends and family of mine. Two offers were presented and received by Monday night. House virtually was sold at first open. Which is Amazing especially given today’s current market (Coronavirus) and also being located at Taperoo. Naturally I was very surprised and very pleased that I didn’t have to do weeks and weeks of getting the house ready for “Opens”. I do believe it was due to Petra’s personality but also because she is a Professional and has extensive knowledge of the area. So I have no reservation at all to recommend Petra. And Petra a big big Thankyou!!
