Purchase of Propertie
Dealing with Phea has been an excellent experience, early on in my inquiries regarding the property I was finding it hard to get a hold of an agent (the listing agents!!), then Phea rang me back and it has been a great ever since. His commitment was outstanding, the sale took awhile to go through, Phea was patience, understanding and was always available which was great as we all run on different schedules, because of Phea the deal got done. If this was left to another agent I don't think I would have purchased, now we have the same company managing the property thanks to his recommendation.
